Upper School

Children benefit from an increasing number of specialist teachers as they progress through the school, whilst still based as a class with their own form teacher responsible for their pastoral care. They study all the subjects of the National Curriculum as well as RE, French and Reasoning.

Emphasis is placed upon independent learning and children are encouraged to engage in research and develop their interests in lessons and through extra-curricular activities.

All children have access to our state of the art e-learning classrooms and ICT is widely used to support learning and teaching.

Year 6 follows an extended curriculum, designed to prepare each child for his or her future school.
