At Hornsby House School we aim to provide learning for all, where
children can achieve high academic standards within a wide
and creative curriculum. We encourage pupils to become independent
learners, who enjoy furthering their knowledge and understanding
of the world which surrounds them.
We provide a happy and stimulating
environment in which the children can achieve and fulfil their
potential. Our children learn to play, to work, to succeed
and to share their discoveries.
Hornsby House School values
all its pupils and encourages mutual respect and tolerance
between all children and adults.
This prospectus is only a snapshot
of the school. We hope that you will visit us to experience
the warm friendship and the sense of fun and industry that
makes Hornsby House stand out from the crowd.

WHERE TO AFTER HORNSBY HOUSE SCHOOL
The majority of our children move on to leading London Day schools
following entry examinations at 11 years of age. Each year a
few move on to boarding schools or to local, highly competitive
state schools.
During their time at Hornsby House School the children are well prepared for
their entrance examinations and for the transition to larger secondary schools.
We are always delighted when past pupils come back to visit the school play and
the
Fete, or send us news of their progress.
